Description
Anil Idiyappam Flour is made from a form of ground rice. The Rice is dried and ground to a fine paste to form the flour which is of smooth texture and white in color. The Anil idiyappam is made with red rice powder. They can be steamed with the help of a puttu maker or a pressure cooker and can be made into thick rice tubes which can be used in any South Indian delicacy. The days of homemade rice flour from ground rice is gone. Instead you now have the packaged version which can be used instantly to cook dishes.
